Conditions of participation:

Registration is binding with the purchase of a ticket via the online shop and requires payment of the full participation fee. Each ticket is bindingly registered in the name of the purchaser.

There is no right of withdrawal according to § 312g para. 2 no. 9 BGB for contracts in connection with leisure activities for a fixed date.

Payment:

Please transfer the required amount immediately after placing your order, but no later than 7 days after receipt of the order. In the event that the money is not received until after the validity period, we reserve the right to demand the difference to the next price level.
Payment on site is only possible in cash (no 500 Euro bills).

If you use the partial payment for the “Early-Bird” tickets, you are obliged to pay a deposit of 30,- € within one week. The remaining payment must be made by October 24, 2025 at the latest (receipt of payment counts). The deposit cannot be refunded in the event of cancellation. If the final payment is not made or is made too late, the Early Bird advantage will be forfeited and the full price of €149 will be charged (the €30 deposit will of course be deducted)

Cancellation:

Up to 30 days before the event, any ticket can be returned at 50% of the purchase price. Please understand that we can no longer offer cancellations after this time due to the organization that has taken place.

Registration/name change:

Please bring your order confirmation with you on the day of the festival. Each ticket is registered by name and is only valid for the registered participant(s). (please bring a photo ID).

The transfer of a ticket to another participant costs a processing fee of 10 euros. This is possible up to 7 days before the event.

Transfer to the following year:

A transfer of full passes to the following year is possible with a processing fee of 50 euros up to 14 days before the event.
