Wir verteilen für unser Festival Armbänder die Euch den Zugang zum Festival bzw. der Party ermöglichen.
Für Käufer des FULL-Passes: bitte erscheint Samstag zwischen 10:00-10:30 in der Tanzschule. Jeder ist namentlich registriert und erhält mit ID Nachweis ein Armband das den Zugang zum Festival und zur Party erlaubt.
Für Käufer des Timba-Passes: bitte erscheint circa 15 Minuten vor dem ersten der 4 frei ausgewählten Workshops. Jeder ist namentlich registriert und erhält mit ID Nachweis ein Armband das den Zugang zum Festival und zur Party erlaubt. Sollte jemand nur Kurse am Sonntag besuchen, muss für den Partyzugang am Samstag Abend trotzdem das Zutrittsarmband am Samstag zwischen 10-15 Uhr abgeholt werden!
Für Käufer des Party Tickets: bitte holt Euer Zutrittsarmband am Samstag zwischen 10-15 Uhr ab. In Ausnahmefällen falls das nicht möglich ist meldet Euch bitte bei uns über das Kontaktformular um einen anderen Weg mit Euch abzustimmen.
Für Käufer von Einzelworkshops: bitte erscheint mindestens 15 Minuten vor dem Workshop. Jeder ist namentlich registriert und erhält mit ID Nachweis Zugang zum Workshop.
We noch kein Ticket gekauft hat, kann vor Ort noch kurzfristig Tickets kaufen und mitmachen 🙂
We will distribute wristbands for our festival which will allow you to enter the festival and the party.
For buyers of the FULL-Pass: please come to the dance school on Saturday between 10:00-10:30. Everyone is registered by name and will receive a wristband with proof of ID that allows access to the festival and party.
For buyers of the Timba-Pass: please arrive about 15 minutes before the first of the 4 free workshops. Everyone is registered by name and will receive a wristband with proof of ID that allows access to the festival and the party. If someone only attends courses on Sunday, the access wristband must still be picked up on Saturday between 10 am and 3 pm for access to the party on Saturday evening!
For party ticket purchasers: please collect your access wristband on Saturday between 10-15 hrs. In exceptional cases, if this is not possible, please contact us via the contact form to arrange another way.
For buyers of individual workshops: please arrive at least 15 minutes before the workshop. Everyone is registered by name and receives access to the workshop with proof of ID.
If you have not yet bought a ticket, you can still buy tickets on site at short notice and take part 🙂
