Maikel Santana is a well known and famous Dance Trainer and Mentor in his Dance School Santana Dance in Munich.

Born and grown up in Cuba, he brings all the authentic flair of the cuban dance to Europe. Since 2008 Mail lives in Munich and manages his own dance school Santana Dance, and his Show-Groups are welcome guests at various events and festivals.

2017 Maikel created the Idea of the Reggaetonaso Festival to bring a special flavor to Munich, which is the 6th time this year in 2024.

With a broad study at the famous Escuela Tropicana in Havana, he joined international tour’s with Havana Night and Viva Cuba to show his skills and technique worldwide. In his Dance School is does not only teach Salsa, Rumba and Son, but as well the cuban lifestyle, musicality and dance mentality of Cuba. For Maikel dance is not only steps, it is pure emotion.

Maikels training is based on passion and his ability to free the potential of each student. He does motivate to find the own dancing style and identity and feel the cuban culture of music and dance.

His Energy, Skills and experience are internationally asked for. Whether as guest or teacher, at workshops, festivals or other events. Maikel inspires and makes people enthusiastic to get the most out of themselves.
